About Me

Welcome! My name is Kelsie Kavadas, I am a Kansas transplant from Central California. I received my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2021 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I am passionate about working with those who live with neurologic and neurodegenerative conditions and I hold a certification as an LSVT-Big provider. My goal is to use my foundations in neuro-based practice to benefit my pelvic floor clients, especially those with complications from strokes, Parkinson's Disease, and traumatic birth experiences.

I have a loving husband and two dogs whom my world and free time revolve around! In my downtime, I enjoy being outdoors, paddle boarding, crafting on my Cricut, and spending time with my loved ones.
